Data Encryption

All account information—deposits, withdrawals, personal details—is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard TLS 1.

Deposit Record Keeping

Every DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS deposit is logged with timestamp, amount and verification status.

These are the real questions we hear from account holders about how our terms affect deposits, withdrawals, account access and data use. Each answer is specific to mudah4d's actual policies so you know exactly where you stand.

Withdrawals must go to the same payment method used for deposits, unless you've added and verified a new method in Account > Payment Methods. This rule prevents fraud and speeds up verification. Contact support if you need to change your registered withdrawal method.

You can log in from different devices and locations where local law permits, but multiple simultaneous sessions from different IPs may trigger a security review. We'll ask you to verify your account before continuing. For everyday play, switching between your phone and desktop is no problem.

We retain deposit, withdrawal and account history for seven years to comply with financial regulations. Personal information like your name and payment details is deleted within 30 days of closure, unless local law requires longer retention. You can request a final data export before closing.

Account access depends on local law. In most Indonesia regions, you must be at least 18 years old with a valid ID. Your date of birth is verified during signup. Underage accounts are closed immediately with any balance returned to the registered payment method.

We can update the terms, but we'll notify you via email or in-account message at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Material changes are those affecting deposits, withdrawals, fees or data use. Minor clarifications are updated on this page without advance notice. You can always view the version history of our terms.

Account suspension happens when we detect unusual activity, failed verification, or violation of the terms—like attempted fraud or underage signup. We'll email you immediately with the reason and the steps to appeal or resolve it. Your balance remains accessible once the suspension is lifted.

Deposit fees vary slightly by payment method—QRIS and bank transfer are usually free, while DANA and OVO may have small processing fees shown before you confirm. Withdrawal fees are posted in Account > Payments. We keep these competitive and transparent; no hidden charges apply.
